Garlic Chives in the Snow

See how I’m not a great gardener, because these garlic chives should have been dealt with long before the first snow? 
Okay, since there’s not really much to say about this photo, I thought I’d take a sec to share my thoughts on this project. For some, the project takes on specific themes or is planned to meet certain goals (developing skills, etc.) beyond just taking a picture every day. For me? It’s just taking a picture every day, at least for this year. There is so much for me to learn, and I may end up doing themes for certain months as I get farther along in this project, but I’m not planning on that right now. As you can see from the photo, I don’t always finish what I start (that particular part of the garden has been in process for years!). This project, for me, is about finishing something that I start. The fact that it has something to do with something I love should just make it that much more motivating.
